Solid chapter 2, a lot of lore revealed, a few questions answered and a lot more surface, gameplay wise is about as expected from any quality horror RPGmaker game + that new door mechanic that is really nice, love it.
------Spoilers ahead------
I was not expecting the story to go the "satanic cult" route, feels like a lot of games go that route lately, although I am now wondering if it's related to the cults seen in other A.V Dossow games; I feel like the narrative really benefits from this chaptered story telling because the cliffhangers and reveals are so good in this chapter 2.
I personally would like to see more environmental story telling instead of notes and, I am not sure if I did something wrong but having so many options in the PC menu that do nothing feels kinda like a waste (or maybe I am just too spoiled by other games that have amazing functioning PCs...).
The monsters are superB as usual and that final confrontation was really creative, I absolutely love that kind of thing where the fight is not a straight up fight.
Overall great quality, you guys work so well together, can't wait for the next part.
As always, thank you so much for playing Moriko! Your suggestions are highly welcomed and valuable!
The easter eggs or rewards for exploring would have been nice, so that definitely was a wasted opportunity. The options in the PC were more like a way to show what's going on in that place (and to explain some aspects of Chapter 1, like weird entities).
I reckon the first 2 Chapters feel pretty linear, but that will change in the next Chapter, where players will be able to get a first batch of bad endings and there'll be more exploration (I felt that the linearity in the first 2 chapters was necessary so the story could progress faster, since they were more of an introduction to the world of Julia).
The discs were necessary because Julia was alone in the lab (save for the mutants and the robots), but Chapter 3 will be quite dense in terms of dialogue (I'm already working on Chapter 3 and some dialogs are ready; hopefully, they will flesh out Julia as a character and reveal more about her personality).
There's still a lot of story to tell, so Chapter 3 will probably be much longer (although not too much, since that would affect the flow of the episodic releases) and have more crazy revelations and new gameplay features!
Thank you! : D I reckon at times it can be quite confusing, but there's a reason for every scene and there's actually a clear timeline. But the simulation from chapter 1 is officially over, at least for this Julia
Hahaha and originally it was even harder! Scalpel was faster, the scene lasted 3 minutes instead of 1 and the lights went off during 10 seconds each time
You're doing the chapter structure pretty well so far. Felt like we learned just enough new info to keep it interesting and I can't wait for chapter 3!

thank you for making it easier because i just know i wouldn't be able to clear it T-T
This is very intriguing! I saw Chapter 1 on YouTube, am glad to find Chapter 2 here to play myself. Looking forward to see how the story will resolve.
PS: if you get the chance play the downloadable version. It runs much smoother than the webversion.
Thank you so much! : D
There'll probably be 2 more chapters, and in the next one, things will get even crazier
Muito bom o jogo novamente, tô bastante curioso pra ver onde que a história vai terminar.
Muito obrigado por jogar! :D O vídeo ficou ótimo! Que bom que você gostou do novo capítulo!
